FORESIGHT
Scripture Reading - Isaiah 42:8-9
8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
9 Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. KJV
These verses emphasize the importance of knowing Whom we serve and Who's we are. We are Born Again Children of God, Christians, we serve an All Mighty Father God and His Son Jesus Christ. We must remember that many of God's former promises to us personally have already come to pass and the promises that we are still believing for shall also come to pass. However God is not finished yet, He is definitely still speaking to us about even more things that He desires to do for us or help us with. Therefore we should expect God to reveal these new things to us spiritually before everyone else knows about it physically. This will help us to be prepared for the future and confident in our fellowship with God. Being in the know always brings assurance and peace to the child of God, and this inside information is ours for the asking in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen!
