MINISTRY ETHICS
By God’s design everyone must be submitted to authority
Guest Ministers are generally under the authority of the Pastor or Spiritual Leaders when visiting a church (For the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, - 2 Timothy 2:24)
All Prophecy is subject to God’s Word in the Spirit of God’s Love
Teaching is our first priority with scripture background as the foundation
Service guidelines outlined by the overseers shall be strictly adhered to
The Pastor's pulpit should not be used by a visiting minister to project doctrinal differences
Knowledge should never be used to trap a fellow brethern, we try to use the knowledge of God to set people free
Our heart is to minister love and truth void of hypocrisy and fear
We show our love for God by our actions toward mankind
Money is not the proper motive for ministry, it is a tool used primarily to fund the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to meet the needs of people.
Humility honors the Man and Woman of God openly and respectfully, while pride lightly esteems them by dishonoring their words.
In working with people we believe that, promptness is appreciated, politeness is pleasant, and courteousness is contagious
Openness and honesty is our policy.
Character and integrity is our measurement of God’s nature in our life and ministry
All things should be done decently and in order
Sincerely, Eric & Angela Foster
